Marvin. a poem

Trust of the Mighty is broken forever. Praises spoken aloud are forbidden in the ear of a traitor How innocent the bond. Lost to silliness and treachery. Oh how the Mighty is innocent. And always above reproach. Do not believe the giant roach. How the traitor misinterprets the language of Mighty esteem. Desire to be a pupil. Mistaken for love. The Mighty aura changed me to a lady in its presence. Never ashamed. Now suspended. Laws are in place. Up went the Mighty wall. Fortified forever. How it plagues me but brings me joy for the safety of its dweller. Farewell. Copyright © Bridget S. Martin
